How do I know whether a cat is still available?
Check the status in the profile, then message us with the cat’s name. We will personally confirm availability and talk you through the next steps.
Can I meet the cat first?
Ask us about a video call or a visit. Together we can arrange a way to meet that works for you and the cat.
When can my kitten come home?
The individual date depends on age, development, veterinary preparations and any travel requirements. We confirm it with you personally.
Which documents will I receive?
Before reservation, we explain the contract, pedigree and health documents for your cat, including questions about vaccinations and microchipping.
What if I cannot find the right cat yet?
Ask about planned litters. You can also subscribe to updates in the catalog. A thoughtful match is worth taking time over.
